Tucson Lazyman Triathlon

Swim ∙ Bike ∙ Run

What is a Lazyman Triathlon?

Here is the deal: you do an Ironman triathlon's length of swimming, biking, and running, but you have a whole month to do it!

That means 2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of biking, and 26.2 miles of running.

You are welcome to pick one or two of these events; your challenge is up to you!

About the Tucson Lazyman Triathlon

A Lazyman Triathlon is your chance to complete a full Ironman Triathlon at your own pace over the course of 31 days. Here in Tucson we complete the Lazyman Triathlon in January each year. The Tucson Lazyman started in 2018 and was inspired by the Charlottesville Lazyman Triathlon.

The Lazyman Triathlon consists of three events:

Treat the Lazyman as your own personal challenge - you can decide to do any or all of the events you choose!

If you want to join us, join our Interest List to receive the sign up form in December for the following January's Lazyman.

We also have a Strava Club that where you can share your activities, photos, and stories!

The Tucson Lazyman is organized by Erin Posthumus. Our logos are created by Gerardo Armendariz.
